We offer two options: Resume Coaching Consultation or Full Resume Edit
Option #1: Resume Coaching Consultation $129
This smaller investment option gets you feedback on what works and what doesn't, but leaves you in the driver's seat to craft the document yourself.
Send us the resume you’d use if you were applying to the job (or type of job) you're targeting. We'll schedule a 45 minute phone call with you to get to know you and what you're looking for. We’ll provide feedback as to what we think works well, and what areas need some adjusting. We look at resumes all day everyday so we are in a good position to assess your resume’s overall effectiveness at presenting YOU to prospective employers. We’ll provide suggestions on the best approach to fix any issues, what to add/delete/modify/expound upon – and our thoughts behind why. Use this info to amend your resume to put your best, most marketable self forward.
Note - If you choose to purchase the Full Resume Edit within 30 days of this call, we will credit the $129 towards that cost.
Option #2: Full Resume Edit $499
Feeling lost? Or simply want someone to do most of the heavy lifting for you? Then this option's for you.
Send us the resume you’d use if you were applying to the job (or type of job) you're targeting. We'll set up a call with you (typically 30-60 minutes) to get to know you and understand what you're looking for.
We don’t create resumes from scratch, but we will revamp your existing one to fix what’s needed. We know the insurance industry, and what hiring managers are looking for, and we review resumes all day everyday – the good, the bad and the ugly. We’ll add great content that’s missing, omit content that shouldn’t be there, check for spelling, punctuation, grammar, and give you an overall “easy on the eye” flow that hiring managers will actually spend time reading.
Our typical turnaround time is 7 days. If you have a more urgent need, share that with us and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it. We would rather turn you away than be rushed, and risk providing you with a product we aren’t 100% proud of.
Once changes are made and the final version is sent to you, can come back to us with any edits or changes for one revision – included in the price.
HOW TO GET STARTED:
Email your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate which option above you'd like. Be sure to let us know if you have a certain deadline (to confirm we can accommodate it). You'll receive a reply from us letting you know if for some reason we can't help, or if we can, confirming such and including an invoice to pay thru Venmo. Once payment is received, we will begin!

The resume we provide is our opinion of what a successful resume looks like for you – given YOUR background, YOUR experience, and the job(s) YOU are trying to get. It’s our opinion as people “in the know” working in the insurance space (and with resume expertise). You are under no obligation to use any advice, suggestions, or documents provided by us and you choose to do so at your discretion.
We don’t guarantee success because, well, that’s impossible. We provide you with a document that will help you get your foot in the door – the rest is up to you. There are so many variables in landing a new job – right place/right time, who you know, how well you interview, personality matches, who you're up against, your LinkedIn profile and overall social media presence on other platforms, the list goes on!
